ZUMBA! ® is a fusion of Latin, International and popular music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The high energy routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.

WELLBEING features a 17-meter indoor pool that accommodates swim lessons, water aerobic classes, lap swimming, and open swimming with your children. In the pool area we also have an adult hot tub, a family hot tub with a lower water temperature, a co-ed sauna, and co-ed steam room.
